Linbeck's Lean Operating System (Lean) is an enterprise-­wide, integrated operating system based on eliminating waste on the jobsite, streamlining processes, and constantly finding ways to improve our construction operations. As a founding member of the Lean Construction Institute, we are passionate about implementing Lean principles so we can boost productivity, promote jobsite safety, improve schedule reliability, and build cost-effectively.
